The ASA, CSSA, and SSSA Science Policy Office represents the needs and priorities of Society members to policymakers in Washington, D.C. Even if it feels like what goes on in Washington has nothing to do with you, federal policy does have an impact on how and what research gets done. It is critical that we are a part of the decision-making process to ensure that science is informing federal policies.
